General Information

All Sacromyth jewelry is handmade, so there are slight variations and each piece is unique.

Every piece of Sacromyth jewelry made in the Myytti Design workshop is stamped with the manufacturer’s official name stamp. Usually the stamp can be found on the inside of the ring or on the back of the jewelry.

The main material of Sacromyth jewelry is sterling silver (Ag 925).

If you want your jewelry made of gold, it is only possible by special request, and the prices of gold jewelry vary depending on the market situation of the day. For any special features regarding orders, please contact us by email at info@sacromyhtjewelry.com

Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Sacromyth Jewelry online store. Please ensure that you have read and understood all terms and conditions before placing an order. Sacromyth Jewelry reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Each piece of jewelry found in our online store is a sample of the jewelry in question. We do not have ready-made jewelry in stock, so each piece sent to a customer is made to order. Jewelry production will only begin once the order has been processed (2-5 business days) and payment has been received. Jewelry production time varies depending on the product being produced (usually 1-3 business days). For exact production and delivery times, you can contact us by email. Delivery time depends on the number of ongoing orders and is usually 2 – 4 weeks from the time the order is placed.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return the purchased products within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned products must be in absolutely unused and original condition, including the original packaging and all other accompanying materials (brochures, etc.). The customer is responsible for all return costs.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE TO DO IT VIA EMAIL (info@sacromythjewelry.com) WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER. This is because each piece is handmade and cancellation is no longer possible once production has begun.

NOTE: CUSTOM-MADE OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Orders can only be placed by persons over the age of 18. Once the order has been placed and full payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email.

We currently only ship to Finland.

The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, tariffs or shipping charges that are due upon arrival.
